This is my second post of my favorite outfits that This is my second post of my favorite outfits that I took with me on our recent trip to Hawaii! I have so much to share about that trip (hotels, destinations, excursions, etc.) that I will post later but I definitely wanted to share this outfit next because I am sure many of you are traveling and this outfit is one of the books!

Shorts: Show Me Your Mumu
These shorts deserve a moment. Universally flattering on all body types, these flutter shorts and the pattern make them so fun! I am also REALLY loving orange this season! I have worn these shorts with a basic t-shirt tucked in with Havaianas, as well! Unfortunately, the exact shorts that I am wearing are sold out, but I did find a pair that is similar and have linked them!

Tank: Free People
I have this Boatneck Brami tank in a few colors because I feel like I am being trendy but still age appropriate haha! This tank is insanely soft and comfortable to wear and can be worn in a lot of ways. Obviously, I paired it with these shorts for dinner, but it can be worn with leggings to do a pilates/yoga class, with a midi skirt to run errands and can be used for layering!

Bag: Amazon
This rattan bag is very on-trend and does not break the bank! It is the perfect bag to take with you on vacation, especially for going to dinner or nights out!

Where to Stay
Public Hotel in LES. Created by Ian Schrager, who was part owner of Studio 54 and the Delano in miami. The vibes are incredible here. If you love interior design and amazing architecture stay here. I didn’t want to leave!

Where to Eat:
Catch
Steak and Seafood! The grilled Spanish octopus was phenomenal!
Bond St.
I didn’t realize this was a celebrity hot spot. It was intimate and incredible food and drinks. It is my favorite restaurant we went the entire time

How to get there
Fly! LaGuardia or Newark are the closest airports to the Lower East Side of Manhattan

How to get around
Uber or taxis!

What to watch out for.
Long wait times for ubers, bring an umbrella! I had to order one to my hotel before I left the room because it was pouring my whole trip!

Favorite Things We Did:
Walking around LES:
During the day, the Lower East Side is actually pretty quiet. This is the perfect time to pop into the boutiques and shops. This area is also well known for its art and galleries so be sure to stop in those to pick up some local finds!

Head to @magnoliabakery for some bread pudding, cookies, and iced coffee. The line was outrageous but well worth it!

Nightlife Spotlight: The Roof @publichotels
Honestly, it felt like I was in some sort of magical floating garden haha! This is a MUST stop if you are visiting the LES. The Roof offers crazy views of the NYC skyline (Empire State Building, WTC) and some of the best spots for pictures. Not only is it perfect for pictures but the cocktail menu is outstanding, the waitstaff is great AND the DJ is fantastic!

The Lower East Side, or LES is a vibrant downtown neighborhood that is very eclectic. The streets are lined with trendy places to eat, drink and hear live music. The area is not pretentious and brings people together from all walks of life! This area of New York City is so unique!

Shopping Spotlight:
You have to hit Bookmarc, by Marc Jacobs if you love coffee table books and decorative books. They have so many unique ones.

Nightlife Scene:
The Lower East Side comes ALIVE at night! There are so many bars and each one is different and unique to the neighborhood. You will hear all sorts of genres of music: punk, folk, rap, rock, etc. Many bars even host new and up-and-coming artists/bands daily!

We loved Mr. Purple! Great music selection with elevated bar food and cocktails. We loved the rooftop views of the city. The dress code here is “Smart Casual” so that means no flip flops, sports wear or torn clothes.

👩🏼Because we do get quite a few messages ask 👩🏼Because we do get quite a few messages asking us for clothes we recommend that do not wrinkle, here is a great outfit (or outfit inspiration) for any of you that are looking for transitional travel work wear!

Sweater: Old Navy
I have shared this sweater before but it is just so good! It is so soft and so affordable! It is the PERFECT cardigan if you are looking for one!

Bodysuit: Revolve (Free People)
I bought this bodysuit from Revolve (color tan) at the end of the winter months. I love the material because it holds everything in without being too tight. You can totally dress this up or down depending on the occasion. I have worn it with dress pants and a blazer, with a midi skirt and sandals, and even just with jeans and nude heels. It’s just very versatile!

Pants: j.crew
These Cameron slip crop pants in four-season stretch are outstanding. I have had these pants for a few years and they are washing and wearing so well! I am 5’4” so I love buying the crop pants so I do not need to get them hemmed and they look great with heels or flats!

Shoes: Rothy’s
We have shared these shoes before as well! They are comfortable, trendy and machine washable!

Hiking in Switzerland is a truly brilliant experie Hiking in Switzerland is a truly brilliant experience. The distant mountains, the alpine forests, the green hills, the free roaming cows with bells... and in the middle of the hike coming upon a mountain cafe or beer garden with incredible views while you enjoy a coffee, beer or snack.

We received a question after our last athleisure p We received a question after our last athleisure post asking if we feel like Lululemon is worth the high price tag and we have to follow it up with another question…what are you looking to do in your workout clothes? I know this seems weird to ask but I have some “workout” clothes that I have never actually worked out in. I leaned into the athleisure movement…remember? I will say for joggers, running shorts and sweatshirts, I really like the Lululemon brand overall.

Here is a great example of an outfit I wore a few weeks back. I threw it on in the morning and I literally ran errands, met my friend at the park to walk and then lunch, went to Target and then home quickly to pick up my family for a night at Topgolf. This outfit was clutch. Link in the bio for links to all these items or click into our stories!

Shirt: Nordstrom
Sounds weird to write this but I have tshirts that I wear to lounge in, tshirts that I wear to run errands/workout and then I have my nice tshirts that I would wear on a night out. All of them are solid colored (mostly white or black) and are at various price points. For an everyday tshirt, I prefer this BP brand from Nordstrom. I will buy shirts from Target in a pinch but I think these ones wash nicer and they do not pill or fade. The shirt is lightweight but not sheer. One thing with this tshirt is to size up one size!

Skirt: Old Navy
This is actually an athletic skort with built in biker shorts underneath! It can actually COMFORTABLY fit tennis balls or your phone. I love that this skort is high-waisted with a very simple pull on design. It comes in 5 colors and I am wearing “Blue Dove.”

Bag: Lululemon
I have linked this bag before and I would say I continue to appreciate it every single day. It is just so EASY to throw this bag over your shoulder and just go. I don’t even need to take it off when I am driving! The bag is large enough to hold my keys, phone and wallet. There are now 7 different colors.

Shoes: Adidas
Again, here I go with the Adidas Ultraboost but what can I say? I love them. The wide toe box, the support, the way they fit like a sock…it is just perfection for my foot.
Part 3 of 👱🏼‍♀️’s trip to Stadium Sw Part 3 of 👱🏼‍♀️’s trip to Stadium Swim!

Price and What We Did:
We had a cabana for the day to watch a primetime football game on a Sunday. We were there over Halloween weekend and the price of the cabana was a few thousand dollars. HOWEVER, we had a large group of 10 so the cost per couple was just a few hundred dollars. This included bottles, mixers, a place for shade, a waitress, a pool that felt like ours right outside the cabana and privacy.

You can get away with paying a $20 cover charge and hanging out in the pool all day to spending thousands on the VIP experience…no matter the budget, this is definitely worth checking out!

After it was all said and done, the cabana was actually right around the same amount of money as it would have been for us to get lounge chairs and order food and drinks separately! I think the key to keeping it budget friendly is maximizing the number of people in your group!

We are planning on going back to the Circa Stadium Swim this fall and can’t wait to share more with you then!

When my husband told me that we were going to Vegas for 36 hours to watch a football game on a giant screen, I honestly thought he was nuts. Why would anyone do that? But then, he threw in the words, “pool” and “cabana” and I knew this would be a football game like no other.

Looking for a neutral brunch or day date outfit in Looking for a neutral brunch or day date outfit inspiration? Pairing these white Express jeans with tops that I have has been a Godsend this season! Let’s just be honest…the weather has been all over the place!

Top: ASTR The Label
The square neckline on this top makes it! I also appreciate how the inside of the shoulder has a rubber lining so that it stays in place and you aren’t constantly pulling on the sleeves. The ruched design is very flattering and I love the length of it! The jeans I am wearing are super high waisted but this top would look great with a mid-rise black jean as well!

Jeans: Express
We have linked these Express jeans before and again, if you are looking for a pair that has some distressing and are more straight leg, not wide or skinny, these are perfect for you! I appreciate the high waist and raw hem. We are at the point where these are in my rotation for regular wear and they are washing well too!

Shoes: j.crew (2 years ago!)
I love these j.crew espadrille wedges with the ankle buckle and I wear them so often in the summer! Because they are a few years old, they are no longer available. I did link up the most recent j.crew style, along with a few other looks that are similar if you need a neutral pair of espadrille wedges!

Sunglasses: Celine Lea Sunglasses
Again, these are a few years old so they are not available anymore. In fact, Celine stopped making the Lea sunglasses. The most similar frame that I can find is linked below if you are looking for new. Obviously, you can try TheRealReal, Poshmark, or Fashionphile if you are tied to these ones. I really love these sunglasses because they are lightweight and don’t leave marks on my face. Also, I can wear them all day without them hurting my ears!

👩🏻‍🦰A few years ago, we decided to beco 👩🏻‍🦰A few years ago, we decided to become members at House of Blues: Foundation Room. We did not anticipate loving it as much as we do and we try to take advantage of our membership whenever possible.

One of the biggest perks of our membership is having access to the Foundation Room during shows. The Foundation Room is basically the whole VIP experience. It is a swanky lounge that serves outstanding food and cocktails coupled with stellar service.

Why We Love It:
When you become a member of Foundation Room, you get to enjoy all the amazing benefits. There are so many benefits like tickets for your favorite artists at HOB, consierge access, members only events, and a secret hideaway entrance to the lounge. We love going from the concert venue back to the lounge between sets. Also! With our Foundation Room membership, we have access to other HOB locations (Anaheim, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, and New Orleans)! We spent New Years Eve at the Chicago location a few years ago and had a complete BLAST.

The lounge tables at Foundation Room are spaced out to feel intimate. This definitely adds to the exclusivity of the club. Whether you want to meet up with your friends before or after a show or just have a great night out, the Foundation Room never disappoints. We love the hand crafted cocktails (the margarita is my favorite) and food!
Camping in Cambodia: Part 3 We had heard st Camping in Cambodia: Part 3

We had heard stories about this magnificent waterfall on the way back. It is near the “free Homestay” place I told you about. As soon as we arrived, we were so happy we decided to come here. We stayed there for a couple of nights. The scenery was amazing.

Double Rainbow! Perfect place to wake up!

If you have been planning a similar trip, write these tips down!
- Tent & camping gear you can buy from: Decathlon + Local markets
- Cambodia is known for its bad roads. Find out what condition all the roads are in before you set off!
- Lots of trucks! Watch out for trucks. Some of them drive like crazy.
When driving in Cambodia, beware of many things on the roads, such as cows, dogs, children, water buffalos, big bumps, and especially other drivers.
- Pack tire pump!
- Don't drive alone. In case something happens in the middle of nowhere.

Renting a bike in Cambodia is easy and cheap.
Dirt bikes range from 20-30 USD/day and scooters start from 4 USD/day

Almost the entire journey from Sre Ambel to Koh Kong is an empty national park. Trees after trees!
This is a protected area and you can spot many beautiful birds along the way. We saw a hornbill and kingfishers.

We didn't get far before the first problem... Our friend popped his tire! Fortunately, Cambodians are very friendly. We didn't have to wait long before a truck stopped to help us.

We spent our first night in Koh Kong. Koh Kong is a nice little town on the Thai border. It's a lovely place to stay for a couple of nights, there are plenty of things to do, for example go watch river dolphins jump from the river to the ocean.

I highly recommend staying at "Young Wild & free"! Here you will find lovely bamboo bungalows on the beach.

Cambodia is not the easiest and safest place to camp or do road trips, and that’s why many may not even think of this as an option. The roads are mostly in bad condition and it is difficult to find a camping site, especially if you don't know where to go. But don’t cross this off your list! Sometimes the most abnormal trips are the most fun!

Our plan was to drive from our village (Nesat, Sre Ambel) all the way to Battambang, but it didn't go as we planned...

Our first stop was Tatai Bridge. This is a wonderful place to stop and eat in the beautiful scenery.
